This is PERFECT.
As an aside, I think an interesting blog post would be comparing this "Budget Cut" to what a Catholic priest does at confession--"pardoning" a small list of known sins from an immeasurable amount of spiritual debt. Limitations to the analogy, of course, but I worth a ponder nonetheless.
